Responsible for all aspects of the BC Link 2-way radio program, including: Design, engineering, development, sourcing, operations, sales and marketing strategy.

- Responsible for delivery of composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) for Crew Dragon in-space propulsion and abort systems, and for pilot valve pneumatics accumulator for high flow abort fuel system - Met extremely aggressive build schedules of the Dragon 2 manned demo vehicle inflight abort system - Reviewed all non-conformant product to resolve issues and rework to comply with NASA audits - Designed and implemented production tooling and process improvements - Brought new emphasis on performance polymers vs traditional metallic tooling - Qualified by NASA White Sands Test Facility for COPV damage detection - Created work instructions, developed new manufacturing processes in ISO 6 cleanroom - Conducted and wrote instructions for high pressure (2600+ psia) and functional testing of pressure vessels - Implemented updates to the Crew Dragon Life Jacket (PFD) from NASA crew-in-the-loop testing

- Brought projects from sales to design to manufacturing phases in all areas of Boa business - Snow, Cycling, Running, Medical, Military, Utility/Work wear, Court/Cleat, Helmets, Outdoor, etc - Specified Boa parts/configurations to meet customer performance and cost targets - Walked customers through best textile manufacturing methods to interface with Boa system based on design and performance requirements - Created rules for other engineers and sales teams to apply parts in new applications - Designed and oversaw production of prototype products to demonstrate performance on customer product - Developed multiple solutions for various levels of fit vs cost or other constraints - Managed Customer Product Development Team including prototyping team - Frequently visited global manufacturing sites and conducted training to ensure quality for Boa product - Sites in: China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Korea, Brazil, Argentina - Created illustrated manufacturing instructions to allow factory training in various languages - Implemented recommended incoming quality inspection documentation for customer factories to avoid production delays due to improper testing or compliance issues
