Sales Operations Coordinator-Specialty

Administration & Clerical


-Monitoring and maintaining orders for assigned group of sales representatives and assisting accounts within a specific territory to ensure product is delivered on time and in full. This includes sales support tasks—which include data entry for manual orders, order maintenance, order status updates, and ad-hoc reporting.
-Daily direct communication with customers, sales management, and sales representatives to resolve outstanding requests. These requests would include RA processing, SKU and UPC management, and managing order releases.
-Building sales tools and providing product recommendations based on ATP (Available to Promise) for customers current and future orders. In addition to this, identifying sales opportunities within the region with the goal of building plans to satisfy replenishment goals.
-Collaboration with Accounting department to oversee and resolve credit issues with accounts. If necessary, creation of cases

-Handling all warranties for all three brands—which include Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC Shoes. This included assisting customers with any issues they were experiencing with our products in an efficient manner and making sure they continued to be satisfied customers.
-Working with our in-house wetsuit repair team to ensure all customers received their repaired wetsuits in a week timeframe. !Assisting in processing Credits and Debits for our various accounts that we service in SAP. This could range from making sure
an account received a missing discount on an invoice and a credit for an Advertising page that we commissioned. ---Assisting in Promotional emails for products that are sent out for our company events or for our brand ambassadors. !Collaboration with our research and design teams to make sure any outstanding issues with products were fixed for future
seasons. This included working with our Wetsuit, Snow, and Footwear development teams.

Warranty Coordinator

-Providing outstanding customer service to each customer by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid Oakley product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service as deemed necessary. 
-Aiding customers in locating merchandise or finding the right solutions based on individual needs.
-Achieving high levels of sales performance and results.
-Assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
-Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping of sales floor and stock room.
-Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
-Ability to learn and operate current company POS systems.

Sales Associate

Camp Fire USA is a non-profit After School Program that provided a structured environment to at-risk middle school and high school students on a daily basis. This program included homework assistance, tutoring, curriculum-based enrichment instruction, and structured recreation on site at the school.
