· Empowered, led, and supported teams of ten staff and thirty two students through a twenty-six day, sleep away, outdoor adventure course. · Organized and implemented logistics of each course such as team scheduling, food buying, and trip planning. · Prepared deadline dependent final student evaluations highlighting their areas of strength and progress towards goals. · Helped students build self confidence and self esteem by working on personal growth goals related to disorganization, poor social skills, impulsive behavior, etc. · Guided teams through various outdoor activities such a rock climbing, whitewater rafting, caving, rappelling, and backpacking. · Utilized problem-solving skills on a daily basis.
