Product Launch and Master Data Manager

- Directed the collateral collection process, from kickoff to publishing on web and print, using JIRA to manage tasks to deliver collateral updates for thousands of products.
- Managed production of all printed materials and displays for annual on-site Retailer Event. Included thousands of pieces, ranging from small cards to large banners, with 100% on time delivery.
- Drove system and process improvements, such as managing the development of an automated program to generate sell sheets and printable catalogs within seconds versus weeks, saving thousands of labor hours per year globally.
- Led the global product collateral system migration from an in-house PIM to Contentserv; Documented requirements, drove customizations, and provided training.
- Managed and delivered thousands of digital assets through ProofHQ, Adobe Scene7, and PicturePark while maintaining product embargoes and global user permissions.

Project Manager

- Consultant to an incentive program aimed at accelerating winter sports manufacturing in Zhangjiakou (ZJK), China, the co-host city of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
- Conducted comprehensive tours of manufacturing facilities and ski resorts in ZJK, effectively managing program requirements from local government officials and contracts from US-based snow sports companies.
- Organized and facilitated in-person meetings in ZJK, China, and Palo Alto, CA, as well as periodic virtual meetings, while ensuring effective communication and progress towards contract details and manufacturing milestones.
