- Process, organize and quantify architectural plans and specs furnished by General Contractors, Architects and Owner Clients. - Oversee and utilize the quoting system and collaborate with team members to finalize and broadcast takeoffs & quotes. - Schedule and attend client meetings, site meetings, equipment installations and specialized training, as needed. - Collaborate and build rapport with new and existing Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and Architectural firms to identify potential bid opportunities and gain further clarification on industry specific needs.

-Develop, implement, and analyze reports in order to address and improve processes related to returns, late purchase orders, and cancellations due to out of stock. -Handle payment discrepancies due to defective, damaged, lost, and cancelled purchase orders. -Assist Vendors with navigating and understanding the compliance process & Vendor Guidelines via Zendesk, Service Cloud & Salesforce. -Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Buyers, and Sales Planning to identify areas of opportunity for Vendors. -Coordinate with Small Parcel & Freight Carriers and Vendors in order to streamline processes and/or develop new processes for better business practices.

-Contracted under National Security Agency (NSA) & Central Security Service (CSS) to provide live mission support for airborne operations out of NSA/CSS Hawaii -Utilized sophisticated equipment to extract, analyze and identify foreign activity and communication that come from electromagnetic emissions. -Relayed findings by producing combat, strategic and tactical intelligence reports and notifying the appropriate channels of unusual activity or critical situations. -Supervised a team of skill-specific analysts to accurately complete high priority, time sensitive reports with the ultimate goal of strengthening communication across all applicable departments.
