Phoenix-based based Regional Powersports Manager servicing brick & mortar retail powersports/motorcycle/marine/AG dealerships with tier 1 audio product solutions in AK, AR, AZ, CO, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MO, MS, NE, NM, S.NV, & OK
•	To call on owners/general managers/parts managers at over 80 powersports/motorsports, motorcycle, marine, and agriculture dealerships across 14 states to collaborate and sell in premier 12v audio products designed for a multitude of UTV, ATV, and Marine applications from manufactures such as Polaris, Can-Am, Textron, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Harley Davidson, and many more.
•	Responsible for 7 additional outside independent reps with territories based throughout the remaining U.S… To work with each rep on their monthly sales quotas, adding prospective dealers, marketing data, dealer programs, promotions, and their personal growth of MTX Audio by mentoring and traveling with each one in their respective markets. 
•	To seek out perspective dealers throughout designated territory and sign on 4-5 new accounts each month as part of my KPI’s. 



Regional Powersports Manager

 Phoenix-based Owner of Consumer Electronics and Power Sports Rep Company based in the Phoenix market servicing 5 manufactures and 1 distributor to assist in moving their products into designated retailers, distributors, and other manufactures across the U.S. 
•	Sought out and on contract with direct manufactures such as Yuneec Aviation Drones and Shock Strap along with Casio G-Shock Timepieces, Gargoyle Sunglasses, and Sport Ear based through VLC Distribution. 
•	Director of Sales on contract with PaveData that offers a one stop software resource program for Audio/Video manufactures, resellers, and distributors. 
•	To increase represented manufactures market share, market demand, and market performance, and to bring a very unique and collaborative business model in order to expand these manufactures brand awareness and sales within designated markets. 


Owner 

Phoenix–based District Sales Manager servicing brick & mortar retail power sports/motorcycle dealerships with high-end ATV, UTV, and Side x Side products in Arizona, California, Oregon, and Nevada. 
•	To call on owners/buyers at retail power sports dealerships such as Bert’s Mega Mall, Simi Valley Harley, Moto City, Chaparral Motorsports, and many more dealerships to put together and collaborate annual business plans and model line-ups of high-end power sports products ranging from $3,000 to $23,000 each with 10 to 30 units maintained on the showroom floor at all times. 
•	Planned strong marketing programs to generate market share and increased sell-through with my dealership base with campaigns such as direct mailers, social media blast, newspaper inserts, radio spots, and demo events at dealerships location(s). 
•	To prospect and add new compatible supportive dealerships in order to gain larger Primary Market Areas and visibility for Arctic Cat within my designated territory such as 

District Sales Manager 

Phoenix–based Area Sales Manager servicing e-commerce e-tailers, military distribution (AAFES, Navy, & Marines), and brick & mortar retailers in the music instrument, consumer electronics, and audiophile channel  in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Southern California, and Hawaii. 
•	To call on buyers at NewEgg.com, ProAudioland.com, PCMall.com, SonicElectronix.com, and many retail stores to collaborate and selling high end electronics, including microphones, headphones, assisted listening headsets, gaming headsets, telecom mic headsets, and franchise brands like Neumann, K-array, and True Systems products. 
•	Distribute products to the Armed Forces by working with buyers within the Navy, Marines, AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange Services), Coast Guard, and Veterans Canteen to seat model assortments for their retail exchange stores, catalogs, and e-commerce channel.
•	Took over an underperforming territory, that was at 49% of annual goal, and grew to 92% within 4 months; achieving 100% of sales 

Area Sales Manager 

Phoenix-based Senior Retail Specialist – Account Manager calling on direct accounts and supporting big box electronics retailers, such as Fry’s, Ultimate Electronics, and Best Buy, in a territory that covers Arizona, Nevada, and Utah (and formerly California/Colorado/New Mexico.)
