Metrics prove that when a piece of iFIT exercise equipment's menu screen is refreshed weekly with a variety of content, the number of workouts within the iFIT community increases. For this reason, the content curator's role is to continually balance metrics, available content, promotions, seasonal considerations, and good ol' intuition when populating the menus for a highly engaged user base.
Responsibilities and results include:
- Acting as a liaison between the in-house video production team and marketing to inform all parties on upcoming content, and strategy, and in turn influence production decisions based on researched, validated results.
- Partnering with engineering to build better experiences so users can more easily find content that includes new "collections" made up of like-series and logic rules to help better our AI when recommending a new series after completion.
- Averaging 1,065% increase in participation week-over-week for workouts curated into the home screen featured row.
- Highlighting workouts from 12+ months ago has seen a 5,921% increase in engagement for those workouts week-over-week.
- Achieving 64% growth YoY for workouts started & finished on machines under my stewardship.
- Creating custom reports to highlight and inform on specific queries in Looker and Qualtrics.
- Presenting performance metrics to the greater organization along with recommendations for future content.
- Observing and logging relevant feedback from customers from social media fan groups and in-app reviews.

Creating something never done before at Microsoft, my team has ideated and elevated a truly "live" Instagram Live show to life. Recess's goal is to act as a bridge to Gen Z, offering an authentic 10-15 minute, virtual break that can help their body and mind reset. Each episode is hosted by a Microsoft Store associate and an influencer versed in self-care. Started during Covid, my role as program manager is to steer the management side of the production while also serving as a hands-on producer to help our Microsoft Store associate hosts (untrained on-camera talent) feel comfortable as well as prep our invited creators to the run of show.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing communications and meeting schedules between Microsoft and creative agency.
- Managing creative components while making sure they meet brand and accessibility standards.
- Working with internal Microsoft teams (email, blog, comms) to help promote the show across our available integrated channels.
