Welcome, there&#39;s beer and wine in the fridge. I&#39;m a multi-faceted creative marketer and manager who delivers engaging content to B2B and B2C audiences whether it be via video, email campaigns, livestreams, written collateral, social media channels, or a focused blog while also having the ability to understand content&#39;s performance through tools like Google Analytics and Looker. I thrive in atmospheres that are both established and burgeoning. I work for the customer story that exemplifies why the product exists and being able to share it in a unique way. I understand that success begins with healthy relationships and communication, both within the organization and with the desired audience.I&#39;m a fan of the outdoors, an engaged citizen of the world with a focus on traveling to countries very different from the USA, a golfer on the downside of a decent amateur career (held a collegiate school record for ten minutes), and a wannabe carpenter.

Metrics prove that when a piece of iFIT exercise equipment's menu screen is refreshed weekly with a variety of content, the number of workouts within the iFIT community increases. For this reason, the content curator's role is to continually balance metrics, available content, promotions, seasonal considerations, and good ol' intuition when populating the menus for a highly engaged user base.

Responsibilities and results include:

- Acting as a liaison between the in-house video production team and marketing to inform all parties on upcoming content, and strategy, and in turn influence production decisions based on researched, validated results.
- Partnering with engineering to build better experiences so users can more easily find content that includes new "collections" made up of like-series and logic rules to help better our AI when recommending a new series after completion.
- Averaging 1,065% increase in participation week-over-week for workouts curated into the home screen featured row.
- Highlighting workouts from 12+ months ago has seen a 5,921% increase in engagement for those workouts week-over-week.
- Achieving 64% growth YoY for workouts started & finished on machines under my stewardship.
- Creating custom reports to highlight and inform on specific queries in Looker and Qualtrics.
- Presenting performance metrics to the greater organization along with recommendations for future content.
- Observing and logging relevant feedback from customers from social media fan groups and in-app reviews.
- Ideating new strategies to increase user engagement with email campaigns, social media, video, and the company blog.
- Creating new channels in the iFIT content library to refresh visuals and inspire workouts among the community.

Turning a passionate hobby into authentic branding, I provide compelling, on-brand content for the enthusiastic PEARL iZUMi audience.

- Provide three levels of copy (headlines, sub-header, body) for 100% of the email program. Open rates average above 19% with 5% click-through.
- Contribute copy and content for social media posts.
- Write long form posts for the PEARL iZUMi blog.

Digital Content Creator

As part of a small marketing team, we're tasked with doing big things. My primary role is that of email and website wordsmith, videographer, photographer, editor, campaign creator, and social media manager. Over my time, executing on these responsibilities has seen Staypineapple's:

-Website completely revamped with an updated homepage and user flow that's delivered a better user experience and higher conversion rate.
-Social media audience grow 18%, and specifically our Instagram community swell by 71%. Posts from our humble but growing Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts have received more than 6.5 million impressions, 52,000 engagements, and over 8,000 link clicks since the start of my tenure. 
-Boston hotel opening was a major success with the help of our HSMAI Adrian Award Winning "Where's Dash?" social media campaign, and early, high impact content that warranted exposure in the Boston Globe.
-Email campaigns reach new highs including a consistent 16-40% email open rate that has influenced a 2-5% conversion rate.
-Blog achieve MoM growth each month, currently topping out at 600%+ growth since my first month creating content and making it a consistent part of our marketing channels.

Digital Media Project Manager

Creating something never done before at Microsoft, my team has ideated and elevated a truly "live" Instagram Live show to life. Recess's goal is to act as a bridge to Gen Z, offering an authentic 10-15 minute, virtual break that can help their body and mind reset. Each episode is hosted by a Microsoft Store associate and an influencer versed in self-care. Started during Covid, my role as program manager is to steer the management side of the production while also serving as a hands-on producer to help our Microsoft Store associate hosts (untrained on-camera talent) feel comfortable as well as prep our invited creators to the run of show.

Responsibilities include:

- Organizing communications and meeting schedules between Microsoft and creative agency.
- Managing creative components while making sure they meet brand and accessibility standards.
- Working with internal Microsoft teams (email, blog, comms) to help promote the show across our available integrated channels.
- Develop unique creative for RECESS with Microsoft lead designers and creative agency.
- Scheduling and running pre-production meetings with both Microsoft and influencer talent.
- Drafting and delivering internal reports on KPIs and episode summaries.
- Delivering feedback and expected steps to team and agency surrounding episode creative and topics.
- Coaching Microsoft Store Associates for on-camera performance and technical needs (all the steps needed to 'go live' with a guest on Instagram).

Delivered educational content that forwarded Concur's mission of providing helpful materials to VIP enterprise clients and users of Concur around the world. My days consistently required the management of multiple projects with multiple audiences in multiple mediums. 

Since Concur acquired TripIt and now Hipmunk, my team's portfolio required working knowledge of all three companies' primary products, including Concur Solutions (CE, CTE, mobile), TripLink, TripIt, TripIt Pro, Enterprise TripIt Pro, and the upcoming Hipmunk beta tests.

Digital Content Manager

Responsible for the Microsoft Industry Leaders team's online engagement with enterprise Fortune 200 customers, including the production of the web series Industry Leaders Spotlight and daily content offerings within private LinkedIn group.

Projects included:
-A 714% WoW increase in LinkedIn group membership generated through focused email campaign via program track leaders. 
-Built a SharePoint site for our community complete with presentations from past events, case study videos, webinars, and Industry Leader Spotlights.
-Revamped email communications with updated graphics and photography.
-Created episodes under budget with a new production company while developing a more episodic webinar format with updated graphics package for our audience of Fortune 200 business decision makers.
-A 94% increase in webinar viewership.
-Developed webinar production schedule with 3+ months worth of content runway and presenter commitment.

After being hired as a copywriter, my role quickly expanded to edit and manage the Porch Pro Blog, handle relevant social media channels, and produce pro related video content.

Copywriting

Porch Pro Blog
Launched the Porch Pro Blog that in 10 months averaged 2.61 pages per session, a time of 3:34 on page per session, and 5.5 comments per post.
With rich content and the utilization of SEO techniques, the pro blog ranks on the first page of Google searches related to home contracting advice blogs.
Wrote and edited 101 posts of my own while editing 40 others. 
Vetted and managed a team of over 20 contributors.
Utilized Google Analytics and Adwords to shape content and analyze results while also infiltrating Reddit communities and industry forums to gage a particular subject’s relevance.
Created and maintained a content calendar for post ideas, scheduling, archiving of posts' statistics, and collaboration with other teams.
Partnered with the pro marketing email team to produce weekly digests featuring fresh content from both the pro blog and other relevant industry resources.

Social Media
Managed Porch’s pro-facing social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.

Answered all questions and comments that were voiced through the social media channels.
