Brand Director - • I assist with product development, pricing, new product launches, and developing new business opportunities. • Brand strategy, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, and brand vision. • Manage collaborations and design the entire project if needed. Design Director - • Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under me. • Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to the product team and marketing team. • Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team. • Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand. • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. • Push the team to strive for greater product creations. Art Director - • Generate clear ideas and concepts for seasonal design direction - inspiration / color story • Produce sketches, inspiration boards, roughs to visualize ideas • Understanding the target audience • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines • Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team and provide directions • Manage design freelancers • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills Designer - • Create vector based graphics for apparel • Layout product mock ups • Design hard parts for automobile application • Design packaging • Design trims and labels • Design prints / posters • Design stickers • Create tech packs for production Illustrator - • Create detailed hand drawn illustrations from concept to completion for apparel • Digital painting / renderings of future car builds Media Host - • Film YouTube episodes that appear on the Hoonigan channel • Conduct interviews with automotive influencers Misc Duties - • Create car liveries for partners or internal builds • Help plan live activations and events with producers • Work live activations
