Oversees all design and merchandising for our branded, licensed, and private label segments, leading a team to develop innovative products that align with brand values and consumer needs. The role involves close collaboration with sales and production teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations while adhering to budget and manufacturing constraints. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, communicating effectively across various audiences, and applying expertise in screen printing, knit fabrications, seasonal color direction and embellishments for multiple apparel categories.

Design Director

Led a team of product designers intending to create seasonal product lines in multiple categories. Conducted extensive market research to analyze current trends, color palettes, techniques and develop benchmarking concepts for clients. Produced prototypes and test functionality while gathering feedback from peer groups.

-Responsible for performance and lifestyle design projects for on field Major League Baseball collections as well as NBA, NFL, and NCAA licensed products. Exhibited a keen eye for aesthetics and details resulting in maximized quality and customer satisfaction.

Established a lifestyle brand and introduced everyday accessories re-purposed from vintage baseball leather gloves. Developed product collection focused on both customer wants and heritage of the game. Researched innovative designs as well as opportunities to scale business. Assessed customer demands and feedback from existing users. Identified gaps in performance and developed plans to increase internal productivity.


Founder

Led creative direction across apparel, packaging, retail, and marketing, ensuring consistency and innovation throughout the brand.
