As the Sales Manager of North America I am responsible for growing sales for Komperdell (Austrian manufacturer of hiking poles, ski poles, snowshoes, and base layer apparel) and Camaro (Austrian manufacturer of wetsuits for water ski, dive, surf, sup, triathlon, and accessories). Key accountabilities include hiring/training sales reps, performing clinics for retailers and managing National & Regional trade shows. Additional areas of focus include strategic planning, customer service, account management, brand growth, marketing/category development, training, program development and facilitation.
