Horizon Performance Fleece

To account for market oversaturation in cotton fleece, I ideated, briefed and executed the horizon performance fleece exclusively for DSG on a 12-month brief to delivery calendar. Designed to compete in the trendy athleisure space to compete with Lulu, Vuori, and Athleta while staying true to TNF brand DNA.   I worked from the ground up leveraging my cross-functional partners to identify new fabrics, trims and fit blocks.  This 6 silhouette, $10M program is expected to breach $40M sell-in by FA24.

Frost Fall Frachhise

Launching in FA24 as part of the DTC exclusive holiday promo pack, 5 silhouette full family franchise operates in the margin rich white space between hydrenalite and nuptse.  Drawing on summit series and iconic brand DNA, while offering a more accessible pricepoint and silhouette.  This franchise is expected to expand to 9 silhouettes in FA25 and become the pinnacle offering for TNF Holiday promo.

I am a driven, nimble and solution oriented product management professional with 15 years of outdoor industry experience. My strengths include process development, revenue and margin growth, clear cross-functional communication and the ability to excel in murky fast-paced product systems. As part of the global product team, I implemented guardrails that alleviated pressure, provided clarity and insured on-time deliver for our speed-to-market channels. I created a process to regionally adopt EMEA speed-to-market product allowing key accounts to present cohesive, exclusive and trend relevant global assortments. During that time, I also led the development process of several multi-million dollar key franchises. As part of the newly created Americas regional team, I am implementing process to simplify and adapt our global strategies to allow for globally informed, regionally relevant product. While also reimagining the regional speed-to-market product engine to increase speed and accuracy to reactively achieve aggressive regional growth targets across 5 channels.

• Led the product creation process for Industry snowsports, outlet core assortment, SanMar co-branding, regional SMU, holiday promo and energy packs, quick-turn Logowear and regional in-line core assortment.
• Focused the speed-to-market development engine to produce $30 million in gap filling product on a two-month development calendar
• Product managed several aggressive growth multi-category line plans
• Developed business plans to focus the consumption of a significant amount of insulation liability without compromising key strategic franchises
• Collaborated with Design, Tech Development, Product Development, Merchandising, Ops, Sales and Leadership to define regional product creation strategy, line plans and calendars

Product Line Coordinator - Americas

•Reimagined the DTC Holiday energy capsule, FA24 forward, with trend relevant styles that support brand initiatives, doubling style productivity, increasing margin richness and increasing revenue +10%
•Support Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale Key Accounts with speed to market new development, energy capsules and line defining product
•Owned the brief process and development timetables of all SMU product in the global lines
•Drove effective communication cross-functionally including: Sales, Design, Tech Development, Product Development, Sourcing, Finance, Master Data, Supply Planning and Customer Service across all regions
•Optimized seasonal calendar by delivery for the challenges of a covid impacted supply chain while lining up with strategic in-line stage gates
•Managed all product attribution and data in PLM, InDesign and VLPs, TrackVia project management and Airtable data management.
•Created a process to allow for incremental volume through European developed SMUs and non-exclusive US SMU product
•Increased revenue by 10%+ seasonally by opening nonexclusive SMU product to additional accounts

Global Product Line Coordinator - SMU | Holiday

• Responsible for equipment, footwear and men's apparel allocation to 58 US full-price retail stores and 2 Canadian full-price retail stores 
• Own, maintain and Improve the Sales and Inventory Performance report, Sunday Auto Allocation and all size level reporting needs, whether ad hoc or weekly for the DTC team.
• Generated size curve groupings for full price and ecom buying through statistical analysis to simplify the buying process.
• Developed 4 additional weekly reports, channel inventory performance, size selling dashboard, never out of stock and weekly division sales analysis by store.
• Refine, confirm and execute store allocation plans to store and stock performance.
• Manage the consolidation and offload of $1.2 Million of obsolete outside vendor product from US retail
• Support buying in preparing our distribution centers to warehouse and allocate outside vendor product to help prevent a future backlog of obsolete outside vendor inventory.

Allocation Analyst

• Responsible for customer service recovery, scheduling, payroll, hiring, team communication, 
 training and nightly, weekly and monthly communications to the district manager
• Championed efforts to increase customer feedback from receipt-based customer surveys
• Hired and trained 5 high-performing team members that lead the associate team in sales
• Achieved 100% net promoter score based on in-store and in-home customer surveys
• Led store in sales by providing an exceptional customer experience
• Kept store in compliance with company payroll standards and initiatives through innovative documentation

Assistant Store Manager

•	Manage orders, warranties and dealer relations for 7 sales reps covering over 1,700 accounts for both Kelty and Sierra Designs, including all key field ecommerce.
•	Provide in-depth and actionable sales analytics on both the territory and account level for sales and accounting
•	Designed and researched routing requirements for the company-wide top 50 customers to support dealer services and logistics to limit chargebacks.
•	Redesigned job responsibilities to increase efficiency and accountability
•	Implemented new tools by working with multiple departments that increased departmental efficiency.
