Instrumental in modernizing the image, product direction and marketing, and increasing market share. This is done with the use of fabric choice, cut, new graphics and reinvention of prints in the brand archive as well as new vendors. I created and scheduled the seasonal vision creating a line including wovens, fleece, jackets, knits, t-shirts, wetsuit tops/rash guards walk shorts and board shorts. Technical specs are coordinated and expedited by my team. Visits to International vendors are carried out as needed to ensure product quality and timeliness.
