In My Own Words
<p>I've worked in hospitality for 30yrs in both FOH & BOH positions. Ive focused on BOH work managing kitchens, working as a cook ,sous or off premise chef for catered events. I left the industry to work on my own Arts Events Company, which ran for nearly 15yrs in Jersey CIty where I functioned as the Curator and Events Host. We closed that company in 2018 and started a new Immersive Arts Venue called Prototype237 in Paterson NJ which I fully built out and curated. I also worked as the Live-In Chef there for the past 3 yrs.</p><p>I'm looking to branch out and work in an interesting company and continue to learn the industry. I prefer working with small teams that I can help grow and inspire. I love the arts/food & hospitality industry as well as event planning and immersive venues. </p><p>Im best used in leadership on the ground in the thick of the chaos or behind the scenes making the magic happen. Im not interested in a position balancing budgets/books. I like working with people, building experiences for the clients/customers and organizing teams to bring their best to the table.</p>
