We are responsible for various tasks that contribute to maintaining the track's condition and providing an optimal racing experience for riders. Some key responsibilities include: 1. Track Preparation: The crew is responsible for preparing the track before races or practice sessions. This includes grooming, watering, and tilling the track surface to create optimal conditions for riders. 2. Safety Inspections: The crew conducts regular inspections of the track and its features to ensure they meet safety standards. We identify and address any potential hazards to minimize risks. 3. Maintenance and Repairs: The crew performs routine maintenance tasks on the track, such as repairing damaged sections and addressing erosion issues. We are also responsible for maintaining track equipment and irrigation systems. 4. Event Set-up: Prior to races or events, the crew assists in setting up various elements, including start gates, timing systems, signage, and spectator areas. We ensure that all necessary equipment and infrastructure are in place for a smooth event. 5. Safety: During races or practice sessions, the crew are trained in emergency procedures and are prepared to respond quickly to any accidents or incidents. 6. Crowd Control: In larger events, the crew is involved in managing spectator areas, ensuring crowd safety, and assisting with parking and traffic flow. 7. Communication and Coordination: The crew maintains effective communication with event organizers, riders, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations. We coordinate with race officials, medical personnel, and other relevant parties to address any track-related issues promptly. 8. Clean-up and Restoration: After events, the crew is responsible for cleaning up the track area, removing debris, and restoring the track to its original condition.
