• Research and development of polymer extrusion and roll coating operations for Fortune 500 company. Pilot testing of global innovations and pre-commercialization projects.

Research And Development

The motocross track crew at The Wick 338 plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the track. We are responsible for various tasks that contribute to maintaining the track's condition and providing an optimal racing experience for riders. Some key responsibilities include:

1. Track Preparation: The crew is responsible for preparing the track before races or practice sessions. This includes grooming, watering, and tilling the track surface to create optimal conditions for riders.

2. Safety Inspections: The crew conducts regular inspections of the track and its features to ensure they meet safety standards. We identify and address any potential hazards to minimize risks.

3. Maintenance and Repairs: The crew performs routine maintenance tasks on the track, such as repairing damaged sections and addressing erosion issues. We are also responsible for maintaining track equipment and irrigation systems.

4. Event Set-up: Prior to races or events, the crew assists in setting up various elements, including start gates, timing systems, signage, and spectator areas. We ensure that all necessary equipment and infrastructure are in place for a smooth event.

5. Safety: During races or practice sessions, the crew are trained in emergency procedures and are prepared to respond quickly to any accidents or incidents.

6. Crowd Control: In larger events, the crew is involved in managing spectator areas, ensuring crowd safety, and assisting with parking and traffic flow.

7. Communication and Coordination: The crew maintains effective communication with event organizers, riders, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations. We coordinate with race officials, medical personnel, and other relevant parties to address any track-related issues promptly.

8. Clean-up and Restoration: After events, the crew is responsible for cleaning up the track area, removing debris, and restoring the track to its original condition.

Chief Operating Officer

Cain's Mechanical is a multi faceted heavy truck and equipment repair company. My role within the company is to handle the logistics so that the mechanics can prioritize our customers and their needs.
• Handle all permits, licensing, renewals, and corporate filings.
• Researched and implemented an invoicing software with employee tablets to streamline billing.
• All A/R and A/P until 2021 when we hired an administrative assistant.
• HR functions including hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, and firing.

Operations Manager

For the 2017 season I was able to secure a position on the Pro Motocross track crew. This position included a lot of travel and late nights. I was able to learn a lot and network with companies within the industry.

•	All sponsor obligations for NBC Sports/Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 
•	Set up VIP tents and media compound for each event 
•	Install TV advertising in the form of banners, trackside repeater, and race day inflatables

Work in an affluent private hunting & fishing community fulfilling all necessary maintenance and landscaping needs. This included lawn care, mulching, tree work, trimming, excavation, and all other duties as needed. This position offered me the flexibility to pursue my career goals while gaining real world skills.

“Team Justice – Integrity, Sportsmanship, Unity”:  Assistant Manager to Lieutenant Kevin Bishop of the Southwick Police Department.  In addition to being a positive role model for team members, I assisted in organizing, scheduling, and staffing various community events as well as coordinating meetings and materials.  This position started out as a college internship, I continued my support over multiple seasons because I saw the positive affect it had on everyone involved.

Internal sales position within a FAA approved aerospace repair facility that specialized in commercial airline component repair for both winged and rotary aircraft. This position built my professional skills in project management, production management, marketing strategies, as well as customer relations.

Transition from repair facility to OEM branch of B&E to handle incoming quote requests and administrative duties. B&E PAC is a multi-million dollar manufacturing company that has a strong relationship with major companies including but not limited to Pratt & Whitney, GE, and Hamilton Sundstrand. This position was five roles in one and many responsibilities were outside the breadth of a typical sales coordinator position.

•	Managed multiple, changing priorities with external suppliers while coordinating daily responsibilities
•	Effectively communicated with new and existing suppliers to ensure requirements were met
•	Reported sales and shipping metrics, standardizing documentation and managing data quality
