Order Management-place orders, make sure orders go out on the appropriate time, and communicate with accounts over their orders. Work with Sales on account management- provide open order reports, and sales support. Work with Operations, and Distribution. Customer service- answer any customer calls, emails, and faxes. Assistant with any other office tasks.

Responsibilities include: - Preparing quotes and invoices for new projects - Initiate and maintain business relationships with clients - Distribution of marketing materials to various companies in order to generate leads and drive new and existing business for the studio - Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive marketing strategy - Increased company social media presence with email campaigns, and updated social media. -Help out with any production projects and installations -Assist with any studio tasks, order materials, delivery of projects etc.
