My name is Joe Wilson, I am a highly successful and experienced sales professional with a
unique and diverse work history succeeding in both outside and inside sales positions along with running all operations of a startup sunglass company I helped developed.  I am currently seeking to obtain a sales position within the outdoor industry.

Responsible for developing new business/ selling of advertisement in a PGA endorsed Golfing
magazine distributed nationwide to over 900 Country Clubs.

country clubs, hotels & resorts.

? My territory ranked in the company’s top 5% every quarter for four years straight.
? Gained market share by (being the 1st in the door) when hearing news of a new
establishment pre opening.

? Responsible for all POS and merchandising.
? Systematic problem solving situations related to out of stock issues, which resulted in not
losing the incremental sales.

ON-PREMISE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Promoted to F&B Manager from my previous Hilton property.
? Oversaw the FOH operation for 2 outlets in a 1600 room hotel.
? Responsible for the hiring, training and development of all FOH employees
? Responsible for the scheduling of over 60 employees vs. my allocated weekly and monthly P&L statements.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

? Assistant department head for three dining outlets with combined sales of over $4 Million
annually.
? Revised training manuals and implemented new SOP’s.
? Developed promotions with our beverage suppliers.
? Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all beer, wine, and Liquor.
