As an entrepreneur, I have a unique sense of combining creative innovative solutions with revenue growth as I created a full service global ad agency in the middle of an economic downturn and took it to a consistent 15% profit margin versus an industry average of 3% over six years.

Led new product development and marketing for the new start-up consumer team building B2C brands and managing the entire operating unit. Developed strong EBITDA model numbers in order to pitch internally to board members for investment dollars and secure overall funding for specific products. Researched all competitors with tiered analysis to develop TAM; established brand objectives, projected ad rates, developed sales packages and calculated brand goals by specific platforms to create final model and marketing plan.
