WYND Product Launches and Online GTM Strategy

Created an online go-to-market strategy for the launch of a new product for vacation rental owners. Led a distributed team of designers, developers, and marketers to get it all done under a tight deadline. The ongoing strategy includes 2 months of testing prior to launch (ad, audience & landing page testing) a strong pre-order offer, influencer, affiliate, and email marketing, online ads, and continues with constant testing and conversion-rate optimization of our landing page.

We ranked #1 for the “snowboard finder” search term. This brought lots of valuable organic traffic for this valuable unbranded search term.

This captured new snowboarders at the consideration stage of the sales funnel that may not have considered RIDE Snowboards.

Ariel Rider E-bikes

 Improved conversion rate 20% over 5 months through continuous testing and CRO efforts. This enhanced the customer journey on a key landing page.

- Managed Google and META ad campaign strategies in-house with a $2M budget. Achieved a 6-15x ROAS depending on the season. Conducted ongoing ad performance testing and optimization, leveraging generative AI technology.
