Military Operations Coordinator

•	Manages open order report daily to ensure all eyewear and apparel orders are processed within ship windows

•	Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner

Dealer Development Coordinator

• Facilitate EDI transactions for Major Accounts
• Coordinate with account buyers to obtain PO Changes, extensions, ship windows modifications
• Allocate and create pick tickets for both immediate and future orders
• Stay current with customers vendor compliance requirements to prevent any future chargebacks

Customer Service Rep/EDI Specialist

• Collect and analyze confidential background data (compiled from over 3,000 counties) effecting lease agreements.

• Communicate trends in 3rd party SLA's while continually vetting new vendors while understanding different laws by state.

• Create reports documenting trends as it relates to timeframes, accuracy, and delivery to customer.

• Escalate past due orders to Senior Management.

• Work with senior management and vendor account managers to strategize future expectations.

• Reading EDI Raw data files, worked with a variety of divisions to assure orders were expedited promptly meeting compliance SLA's.

• Examined unnecessary chargebacks with functional areas (Transport, Sales, Operations etc   ), creating and implementing plans of corrective action to prevent future occurrences, aligning self with the overall health of the company's finances.

• Maintained and logged all documentation and records ensuring compliance.

• Created and implemented process improvements in keeping current with operational flow, through monthly visits to our local distribution center.
