Chief Operating Officer

2 year consultancy contract: I developed, imported, launched, and managed 7 private label products on Amazon.com. Created online presence, build database, CRM structure, marketing campaigns, and sales management. As head of channel, I secure products into Costco across the western US.

Retained by FBAS, Inc. during start-up phase to drive business development and operations; recruited, trained, and supervised multiple deparmtnets. I oversaw policy creation, warehousing & distribution, CRM, marketing, workshops & seminars, sales operations, infrastructure development, compliance, and scalability. 

• Played vital role in developing business from start-up with $25K in capital to $100M+ gross annual revenue averaging a 200% annual growth rate, with 5 office locations, 3 warehouse facilities, and 140+ employees and contractors.
• Built and staffed 3 warehouses across US, and sourced and imported $4M in general merchandise per month, which fulfilled clients’ Amazon-specific requirements of $6M in sales orders monthly.
• Designed and introduced comprehensive CRM system with customized LMS e-learning platform, backend administration, calendaring system, scheduling dashboard, and client profile database.
• Developed marketplace with average annual growth rate of 240% to keep up with clients’ inventory purchase demand to feed their e-commerce stores; marketplace comprised 80+ suppliers with $1.8M in gross sales per week, netting 6%.
