Oversaw 10-person creative team as manager of creative services and creative development for all Sprint Prepaid Brands: Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA and Assurance Wireless. Responsibilities included creative direction, management, studio finances, staffing and agency / vendor relationships. Created print and digital ad campaigns that told cohesive brand stories which kept the brand relevant to its target demographic. Designed award winning temporary retail displays for retailers across the nation. Enhanced experiential and marketing events with graphic themes and engaging customer experiences. High level collaborations with relevant partners, diversified brand appeal and created memorable marketing tactics. Art directed numerous photo/video shoots creating high quality imagery that enhanced visual appeal and helped set brand tone.
