JJ Alvarez-Fallas

I am a working designer, experienced working with men's and women's. I have had the opportunity to gather substantial knowledge through my jobs in the industry and always eager to learn more and further develop my skills. I am well versed in creating color CADS, making tech packs, strong garment construction and pattern making; essential for designing and knowing how a garment should be built. I i have a keen eye for the small details, and establishing uniqueness. I take pride in my computerized design skills and ability to develop unique pattern repeats, prints, washes, dyes and treatments. I'm weirdly inspired by the shapes after cutting a pattern on fabric, and draping to develop a new silhouettes; color and the feel of the fabric heavily drive what design aesthetic. I love designing it makes me content and feel at peace with oneself.
