•	Developed and implemented improved hand off processes between Design, Development and Color/Lab Dip teams, increasing efficiency and accuracy by 80%.
•	Led development on a 2-year project focused on creating our first adaptive collection, tailored to the needs of mobility aid users.
•	Managed a field-testing initiative spanning three rounds and 18 participants, collecting valuable feedback which was used to enhance the final innovative adaptive product.
•	Spearheaded the development of a new mass market global segment, while meeting cost and material goals.


•	Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the NPI (new product introduction) process for Vans and Eagle Creek brands, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches for selected product collections.
•	Developed milestone tracking calendars, generated comprehensive monthly updates, and compiled on-time percentage matrices for NPI processes to guarantee at least 99% on-time delivery to launch.
•	Developed risk assessment matrix to evaluate potential impacts to all NPI collections.

•	Delivered a successful presentation on NPI processes and achievements at the Vans Operations Summit, engaging an audience of over 50 attendees.
•	Chosen as participant of VF Professional Development Program.

•	Utilized SAP and MDM systems to maintain accurate and up to date Master Data information for Eagle Creek brand.
•	Attended cross-brand master data seminars to gain knowledge and understanding of shared data practices and integration strategies.
