- Create and Execute dynamic Global Digital Marketing Calendar (Q1-4)
- Coordinate deadlines and manage the flow of project needs to ensure delivery by critical deadlines 
- Manage the production and publishing of content to the website, Amazon marketplace, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Routinely evaluate site analytics to identify opportunities and coordinate related site updates

Production/ Purchasing/ Inventory Management Duties-
- Communicate with offshore vendors to manage built inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow-up with warehouse management and vendors to problem solve discrepancies 
- Confirm all International orders and shipments for billing
- Purchase order entry and maintenance
- Create and maintain each product's item master information and financial dimensions 
- Process all invoices for each brand and charge appropriate budgeted accounts 
- Resolve invoice discrepancies: reconcile short shipments and overpayments 
- Prepare wire and check requests
- Make sure direct shipments are accounted for from master production invoices 
- Send Production POs to management for approval
- Update import codes and declare assists on all commercial invoices
- Audit freight invoices and confirm import pricing and HTS codes 
- Confirm vendor bookings in Expeditors OMB system
- Create agendas, timeline overviews, and document progress for all meetings


Purchasing Manager & Production Assistant

- Knowledge of all menu items, their ingredients, preparation, and detailed taste descriptions.
- Responsible for correctly taking each customers order, paying close attention to detail, and anticipating needs before they ask to ensure satisfaction.

- Response to injuries by providing first aid, CPR, and back-boarding in necessary situations.
- Inspect all equipment and back up systems before use in each activity.
- Daily setup and tear down of equipment for proper storage.

Wakeboarding + Waterskiing + Ropes Course Instructor

- Responsible for organizing group activities and directing all other staff and instruction.
- Instruct and supervise wakeboarding/surfing/sailing/ and kayaking lessons for ages 6-17.
- Maintain daily operational duties and provide effective communication with parents or guardians.
- Response to injuries by providing first aid, CPR, and back-boarding in necessary situations.
- Promoting Aquatic Center on SDSU campus through tabling, flier distribution, and information sessions regarding course offerings. 
- Finding creative ways to attract new consumers to the facility through marketing special events.
