• Full Circle: Create purchase orders, enter cost, approve care instructions/labels & approve upc stickers, split original order into different channels such as Ecom, Canada, StitchFix & Wholesale. • Run WIP report and follow up on any delivery delays with vendors. • Undertake daily new tasks and projects • Open packages received and distribute to appropriate department. • Manage samples and kept sample area organized. • Create new folders for new season/style#’s.

• Data entry into Full Circle: Enter in Manuel orders for all customers, Allocation of styles, Invoices for all orders, Update the whole line each time projection files are passed, create channel PO's at order book closure. • Run daily reports: WIPS, PO Approvals, ATS/open orders • WIP: Follow up with vendors to ensure they enter/update date in Quick Base, Samples and Shipments are on time • Keep a calendar with all customers and their terms of payment • Non product payments: Create non-product PO's and make sure they are handed over to accounting and paid in a timely manner • Care labels: Order care labels for Domestic vendors, approve labels for Import vendors and enter all approve verbiage in Full Circle.
