-Provide administrative support to several members of the Buying Staff including seven different departments
-Assist buyers with finalizing new product lines and write PO's according to plan
-Assist and educate vendors with vendor setup process, logistic issues, PO changes, as well as item setup
-Input raw product data in to in-house POS system to create product identification (SKU) numbers
-Ensure cross-functional teams have specification sheets and images for new items (i.e. Marketing, E-Commerce)
-Work closely with the Allocation Team regarding assortments and products
-Work with Marketing to develop advertising for designated categories & determine what action to take with any residual products 
-Create in-store signage and plan-o-gram's to instruct store employees how to merchandise the products
-Communicate with all stores and DM’s on any areas of concern (late merchandise, off quality merchandise)
-Travel to store locations to review product mix, obtain feedback, and share infor

-Assist customers and provide quality customer service in all occasions
-Check in, register, and book appointments for patients new and established
-Stock supplies to keep work stations replenished
-Switchboard operations during working and after hours for physicians all departments
-Responsible for opening and closing when managers weren’t present and cash handling

Customer Relations Representative

-Forecasted seasonal trends and buying trends
-Surveyed student culture for future styles and merchandise
-Attended the MAGIC tradeshow to build and develop retailer relationships
-Purchased merchandise at MAGIC for the following season
