o	Created SOP and all operations manuals for third party fulfillment house 
o	Set up and managed third party fulfillment warehouse
o	Worked closely with senior management to finalize the annual budget, production quantities and projected sales forecasts
o	Managed the social media and worked with Marketing manager to support our sponsored athletes by providing product, getting PR hits for both athletes and product and attending local events and trade shows to hand out swag and sell the brand on a B2B and B2C level
o	Lead sales and customer service contact for 1000+ large National accounts such as, REI, Sport Chalet, Amazon, London Drugs, Sport Chek
o	Increased average dollar per door from $100 -$600 by implementing a larger initial sell in package and helped build increased brand awareness
