•Lead for International On Field team specific development. •Implemented a process for reducing the amount of physical PP samples seen by 65%. •Ensure that all styles are Buy Ready by the buy date and work with any cross functional team on outstanding issues •Implemented fully 3D samples for SMS. • Utilized 3D for Team approval of artwork , embellishments and sponsor logos. •Partner with Sourcing, Design, PLM and Vendors on the development and execution of Bobsled, Skeleton and Speedskating suits for the Olympic teams.

•Manage development and B.O.M of 270 styles on 3 development calendars from concept to product delivery •Created and implemented the process of Electronic Redlining by utilizing Dropbox, which drastically reduced the companies paper cost and carbon footprint. •Implemented use of Optitex 3D to validate artwork sizing and placement, and establish standards for embellishment placement resulting in reduction of development time and production delays. •Partner with Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Design, and PLM on Rugby World Cup styles to ensure that they meet requirements determined by the World Cup board while still meeting design intent and quality standards.
