As the Department Lead for Camp, Rentals, In-Store Trade In’s, and Co-Leader for Experiences and Events, I manage our floor staff as well as any issues that take place in any and all of these departments.  I assist in visual merchandising and re-stocking. I work with my department to create a welcoming work environment and train employees on the specific needs of the department as well as product knowledge. 
I successfully rolled out our digital rentals program as well as organized the training and development for the team. 
I field customer service interactions, complaints and compliments alike, as well as determine safe working systems for my departments. 
As Co-Lead of Experiences and Events, I manage and organize vendor visits as well as outdoor events, such as: volunteer opportunities, team building gatherings, classes and teaching sessions in store.



As a District manager I have a  thorough understanding of retail aesthetics and customers. I possess strong analytical skills and I am a  good problem solver. I am in charge of hiring, training and developing teams. Other responsibilities include ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality while managing the territory's financial performance and managing safety and security within the district.

As an Event Manager I Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. Maintain event budgets. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards. Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.

As a Store Buyer I am primarily responsible for the planning, selecting and buying of merchandise for my company's retail establishments. Duties include market research, competitor analysis, product evaluations and testing, monitoring purchase orders and creating reports for the management team.
