Freelance Designer/Illustrator

Creative & Design

Dynamic graphic designer and illustrator with experience in brand development and art direction, or creative launches. Specializing in traditional and non traditional drawing methods (Digital & Non-digital). A unique creative personality flows through my work and process’. Worked with major brands across the United States.

Maintain steady freelance work between multiple clients. Recently completed collaborations with Helly Hansen, delivering spring/summer 2021 Fjord Til Fjell apparel including, men’s and women’s wovens, as well as t-shirts/bottoms. Assets delivered included screen print and patterns for production. Also recently completed collaboration with studio, Mode Adjust, Nike, and University of Oregon for Hayward field. Including, 100 illustrated assets to live in the VR section of the new Hayward Track and Field museum depicting the birth of Nike and Oregon Track & Field. Other clients include illustration assets for Microsoft and event branding for Red Bull. My freelance work is where I tend to build my illustrated portfolio, while my full time design position focuses more on tactical deliverables, packaging, and digital assets.    

Created and implemented Essentia’s first illustration system alongside Droga5. Spearheaded apparel design and wearables department. Maintained retail space and lead multiple creative launches. Responsible for creating the look and feel for the “Supercharging our Sustainability” campaign. Concepted and delivered a National retail campaign, leveraging Patrick Mahomes in store displays which I also rendered and delivered. Assets included, teaser animations, paid social and organic video/animations.  Updated and delivered all retail POS for social/retail activation. Spearheaded office branding which included branding the entire Essentia Water HQ.    

Graphic Designer/Illustrator

Create custom design/illustration for the craft beer industry. Create spec/print ready files for packaging and distribution for large runs. Create and export brand assets. Pitch design proposals and fulfill brand guideline books and final spec. Create and prepare print ready/embroidery ready files for garment application.   

Create daily custom artwork upon client request for clothing/branding application, including: Screen-print, DTG, Cut & Sew, Sublimation.  Selected to lead in specialized (difficult) drawing requests and demonstrate creative process’ used. Also create marketing campaigns using personal designs to attract new clients   

Create custom artwork primarily for screen-print, sublimation, dtg, and embroidery. Maintained very quick turn arounds and customer satisfaction throughout. Also created identities and brands for many local companies as well as advertisement launches.  

Screen-print garments with manual and automatic press. Maintained
screens & ink for a streamlined work environment. Showcased design
presence resulting in opportunity.
