Create the functional solution specifications and configure the Jaggaer One platform based upon business requirements. Provide support to clients/prospects surrounding basic and advanced usage of software products. Service Client Consulting team by hosting online product training's via Cisco WebEx.  Educate clients/prospects on investment management concepts and statistics.  Test pre-release versions of software (Alphas/Betas) and provide feedback to development team.  Identify up-sell opportunities to sales team.  Train internal staff on new/modified features of software products with each release, as well as know issues for product features and how to work around them.
