Throughout the last 16 years, I&#39;ve had the chance to work with big-name companies that everyone knows, to small startups that are building their first product. Marketing Consultant

As the inaugural Chief Marketing Officer at a global e-commerce-driven animal welfare company, I spearheaded the creation and leadership
of the first in-house marketing team, driving substantial organizational growth and implementing comprehensive digital strategies across B2C
and B2B sectors. With full P&L accountability, I navigated the expansion of our marketing operations.
Key Accomplishments:
• Successfully doubled annual revenue from $16 million to $31 million through strategic marketing initiatives, including paid media,
social media campaigns, influencer marketing, email/SMS.
• Managed and distributed a paid media budget of $4 million across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV.

Spearheaded comprehensive branding, marketing, and creative strategies, managing all paid, earned, and owned channels for an emerging
direct-to-consumer luxury fashion startup. This strategic leadership culminated in a successful exit strategy, significantly increasing the
company’s valuation.
Key Accomplishments:
• Established substantial revenue growth, scaling from $1.5 million to $6 million through adept optimization of performance
marketing tactics and public relations efforts.
• Successfully increased Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, elevating from 0.50 to
6.00 by expertly developing, managing, and optimizing strategic marketing campaigns and creative assets for targeted impact.

Chief Marketing and Brand Officer

Advised the growth marketing team on key initiatives, channel, and creative optimizations as well as best practices to leverage data and
metrics for best performance. Managed the agency partnership and paid media budget allocation of $45 million.

Growth Marketing Consultant

Oversaw and strategically guided all marketing initiatives for a national CPG beverage company, adeptly managing a dynamic marketing
department of 30 professionals.
Key Accomplishments:
• Orchestrated a robust $60 million media budget across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, email marketing,
programmatic, OOH, and CTV which propelled a notable 20% increase in company revenue.
• Successfully executed influencer marketing strategies that significantly boosted brand visibility and user engagement, culminating a
10% increase in social media followers and an 8% rise in overall engagement.

Vice President, Marketing

Responsible for all client and internal marketing strategies including, SEO, website development, SEM, analytics, programmatic, design,
reporting, and e-commerce. Working with brands such as John Varvatos, Tilly’s, Cartier, Rag & Bone, Just Food for Dogs, CV Sciences,
Boot Barn, Billabong, and Incase.

• Established brand revenue growth from $2M to $10M, $115M-$250M by driving strategic brand and marketing initiatives across
paid social, paid search, email, SMS, and influencer.
• Collaborated with development team to increase organic brand growth from 10,000 to 150,000 monthly users by implementing
technical and on-page SEO strategies.

Senior Director of Marketing

Contracted by Louis Vuitton to drive U.S. based digital marketing strategies including SEO, website development, and key campaigns
resulting in generating over 10% increase in organic traffic.

Responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns of multiple fashion brands while leading the
sequence of messaging in the customer journey across all paid, earned, and owned channels. Working with brands such as Brookstone,
Stetson, Frye Boots, Hurley, Aquatalia, Hard Tail Forever, Honeywell, and Joe’s Jeans.
Key Accomplishments:
• Successfully planned and paced monthly budget allocation of $1 million to $1 billion across paid and organic media channels.
• Established brand growth from $64M to $200M, $750M to $1.2B across paid media channels generating 50.0 ROAS.

Sr. Digital Marketing Director

Contracted by SONY Music to lead and develop all marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple SONY music subsidiary record labels.
Key Accomplishments:
• Increased revenue to $1.5 million monthly by developing and implementing digital paid media initiatives across Google Ads,
Facebook, and YouTube.
• Created and managed content strategies for social media campaigns resulting in a 15% growth month over month.
