Managed a group of 12-18 sales people over a period of 15 years.  Drove company initiative through the sales department to our customer base.

- Maintained weekly contact with sales team to focus on targets and objectives.

- Lead contact for large volume and corporate accounts- worked hand in hand with large US based hospitality brands.

Met and worked with high end resorts, med spas, day spas, and hotels on a regular basis

- Attended and led sales group at various industry conventions and trade shows- be the “Face” of the brand.

- Directly involved in structuring of compensation, bonuses, budgets and other such incentives focused on increasing sales.

Director of Sales

Responsible for all client interaction in a 5 state western sales region. Traveled in the area on a monthly basis to drive sales.
		
		
- Worked directly with spa and resort clients in a 5 state region- managed accounts in major leisure hubs ie Sun Valley Idaho, Jackson Hole Wyoming, Park City Utah etc.

- Implementation of various sales strategies, promotions and contests to help promote sales growth. 

- Act as a liaison between the Corporate office and our network of accounts in the area.- provide the link between my accounts and the corporate office in Salt Lake City.

- Met and exceeded sales quotas and targets.

- Met and exceeded new account opening quota
