Digital Loss Prevention Analyst

As an Apple Store Specialist my focus was not to be a salesperson, but instead uphold the world class customer service standards that Apple adheres to and expects from all of its employee’s. This involved respectfully assisting prospective customers with solutions offered by Apple as well as offering a customer experience that would ensure they enjoyed their store experience regardless if they made a purchase or not. We were encouraged to always ask questions and share our learning experiences with customers to bond with them.

Duties were to maintain daily "float" cash in safe, open/close stores, always provide superior customer service, work effectively with teams in a high paced environment and to be a part of creating an enjoyable atmosphere for customers and the partners.
