	Sell ticket items using both Extreme Tix as well as Paciolan ticketing systems.

	Help increase ticket revenue by bringing in anywhere from $500-$1,000 plus a week to help meet the monthly goal.


Ticket Sales Consultant

	Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. 
	Answer 350-450 inbound phone calls a week. 
	Prepare multiple product and service reports through collecting and analyzing customer information to ensure the products meet and exceed customer’s needs. 
	Process orders (cash, credit card, and money order) for the customer over the phone in a 
timely manner.

	Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities by leading multiple Cast Members operating a high pressure and fast paced attraction. 
	Enhance the Guest experience by handling any Guest concerns by utilizing various service solutions that may arise while overseeing the operation of the attractions.
	Manage attraction labor by monitoring cast member clocks to ensure the attraction and operation runs smoothly.
	Complete any and all legal paperwork needed for the attraction on a daily basis.
	Created Cast Member recognition programs to help boost morale in the area.
