In my role as Director of Business Development at New Direction IRA, I manage a team who on-boards new clients, walks clients through the rules and processes of investing, and is their trusted advocate. 

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is teaching continuing education to real estate agents and groups of investors. I enjoy presenting complex financial data in a manner that is not intimidating. I also enjoy representing the company at local and national conferences, where we introduce self-directed IRAs to new business partners and potential clients. 

It is exciting to participate in the growth of our company through our community involvement, educational and marketing campaigns. Our business model is client focused; we are passionate about educating our clients prior to opening an account and throughout their stay with us. We have also successfully created technology to make investing more convenient for our clients and their investments teams. 

I was proud to join ROKA Sports as their fifth employee. My focus was creating policy and initiatives to enhance the experience our customers had with the brand. The mission was to encourage loyalty by designing creative interactions. 

We researched and on-boarded software platforms for customer communication, built the structure to support our omni-channel business approach. We established logistics for supporting our various strategic partnerships, events, and athletes, including one 3PL in the US, and two internationally. I was honored to travel to our international 3PL as the company representative to train their staff on our product and procedure. I learned the value of reporting systems and how to leverage them to increase efficiency.

Our customer experience team was the voice of our customers in regard to their experience with our product. We relayed their suggestions to product design, giving our design team opportunity to improve on our products. We championed their athletic

Independent Sales Professional

As the Rockies regional sales manager, I entered a region that was without representation for some time. I was able to go into the region and re-establish old relationships and develop new ones. I was able to work with our team to identify a sizable account was not profitable, and re allocate our efforts to accounts with more growth potential. Although the team all worked remotely from our regions, I was able to effectively build relationships with our internal organization, making the role feel less autonomous. 

I was able to gain a unique perspective on the needs of the business owner in terms of support from a brand. I worked with our marketing team to build campaigns to drive business to accounts, used our CRM tools to forecast within my region, and managed the expectations of business owners from small accounts to big box retailers. 

Rocky Mountain Regional Sales Manager

I partnered with a triathlon business focused on e-commerce. My role was focused on developing the local business.
I hired and managed the staff including sales team, web designers, mechanics, and shipping and receiving. I established forecasting plans for the retail business, and an inventory management system. 

We built our local customer base through grass roots efforts. We created a triathlon team, broadening our visibility at local races and in the community; identified local business to partner with to expose us to new customers; and held events at the store featuring our athletes and business partners to bring value to our customers and establish loyalty. 

Owner/ Manager

I was hired at Platinum Capital Group as a loan officer and was quickly promoted to work with our local and national branches. 
When I joined the team, we had more offices than we could manage effectively. I identified which branches were the best partners. We changed our focus from growing our number of offices and directed our efforts on developing the best partnerships. We cut our branches from 13 to 8 and increased our revenue by 80% over 2 years. 
I was honored to represent the company and travel to each office quarterly to train new staff and collaborate with managers on business development.
As the liaison between the branches and our corporate office, one of the most important aspects of my role was to build relationships with the remote team to grow each office’s profitability. 
I am proud to say I have maintained many relationships I built while at Platinum Capital Group.

Manager Retail Branches

•	Responsible for the management of 12 Retail Mortgage offices throughout US: Travel to each office every quarter, train loan officers on PCG product and procedure, meet with branch management to identify and solve any problems and create forecasts for upcoming quarter
•	Direct and oversee branch pipeline P&L, identify and develop potential new product and services
•	Liaison between loan originators and corporate office: Point of contact for all daily communication in regard to loan process, pre qualification, loan underwriting, loan funding
