• Annual review and audit of over 10,000 sponsorship resumes & applications.

• Design, creation and, execution of existing and discount programs covering new & existing associate sponsor accounts.

• Deployment to select West Coast Supercross and Outdoor Motocross events annually, providing trackside support product/technical assistance to sponsored motorsport professionals. 
• Setup and takedown of vendor booths, servicing of equipment, and providing product knowledge to established B2C channel in a direct and personal manner. 
• Expansive domain of knowledge related to new product lines and their application for all brands and models of dirt bikes & all-terrain vehicles. 
• Responsible for the creation, execution, and oversight of contracts related to North American Pro - Amateur sponsorship program. Annual operating budget of over $85,000 distributed strategically to program members throughout the racing season. 
• Creation, editing and publishing of post event related content spanning multiple media streams. 
• Including, but not limited to traditional company vanity site and more modern social media channels. 
• Ongoing collaboration with in house R&D group on special product builds with a focus on precision and excellence. 
• Often the initial interaction with a diverse and amazing customer base that requires one to maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor at all events, exhibitions, and races. 
• Execution of a detailed, dense, daily schedule to ensure that all incoming queries for new orders and support needs are processed and completed in a timely manner. 

Racer Support and Event Coordinator

• Review and maintain rider/team contracts, dealer accounts, and order processing.
• Attend local races and provide strong public relations in customer service and product support.
• Travel to regional and national events/races, product/sponsor showcases in attendance of industry/association/sponsor meetings to ensure successful race and product operations.
