I am passionate about the outdoors and what it has to offer.
I think it is important to get more people outside and see for themselves the natural world.  You can usually find me exploring the outdoors by  skiing, biking, or hiking.

I've got experience in marketing, photography, footwear PD and also Apparel PD.  

•	Brand management
•	Conduct market learning & intelligence to help guide new product creation
•	Appling the Pragmatic approach to product creation, support, and sun setting. 
•	Creating pricing strategies based on market demand and consumers’ willingness to pay
•	Provide product positioning and messaging for current and new products
•	Lead the creative direction narrative for each new product type
•	Develop sales and partner relationships 
•	Collaborate with the sales team to create better processes and efficiencies. 
•	Provide leadership and insight when creating business strategies 
•	Conduct market learning & intelligence to help guide new product creation
•	Collaborate with Technical Product Writer to create documentation and communication of feature releases. 


•	Analyze market space to highlight key opportunities for growth
•	Work with merchandising team to create briefs based off of opportunities of growth
•	Work directly with marketing team to provide input for key stories along with overall marketing vision
•	Manage the product development life cycle to effectively deliver quality products at the established retail introduction periods and profit margins
•	Acts as the knowledge sharing hub and a key individual in product development process
•	On time delivery of all agreed upon key samples
•	Achieve a minimum target margin while, at the same time, providing value for the consumer
•	Operating with a complete understanding of the product development process including design, pre-costing, and Asia development 


Apparel Product Developer

•	Manage half of the Men’s product line, including over 40 different styles sold globally
•	Cost negotiations and development updates on the ground in China and India 
•	Work with Designers and Merchandisers to find and create areas of opportunity growth
•	Create, review and edit footwear specifications and  out sole blue prints
•	Make recommendations on material choices and shoe patterns based on production costs
•	Be the communication liaison between  US based design and overseas production
•	Manage and track internal buy ready processes
•	Approve all samples and leather swatches
•	Tracks the project from initial design to final product


Footwear Product Developer

•	Key accounts manager for online based retailers
•	Act as first line of communication with field sales representatives
•	Act as first line of communication with retail accounts that do not have an assigned sales representative 
•	Run and analysis daily and weekly sales and inventory reports
•	Process and track all sample and promotion item requests
•	Support local and national trade shows
