Manager - Marketing / Operations / Inside Sales

Eminent is a mountain bike start up where I’ve had the opportunity to flex my operational and project oversight background and broaden my skills in marketing and warehouse production.

Marketing:
Oversight of branding, communications, and advertising.

Retail Operations & Warehouse Production:
Order coordination, inventory planning, and fulfillment of all inbound direct consumer sales and dealer bookings.

Inside Sales & Customer Support:
Handle inbound sales and service calls.


My portfolio includes SF Giants and 15 additional San Francisco properties; 1.5 MM SQ FT, 7,000+ stalls, >15 MM revenue
annually. Key accounts: San Francisco Giants, Port of San Francisco, Mission Bay Development, Kilroy, Tishman Speyer, Salesforce.com, Cushman Wakefield, and Metro Cruise Ship Terminal. In addition, I have provided leadership during the
onboarding of the following notable accounts: Levi's Stadium, Avaya Stadium, many SFMTA Garages and the 2010 Winter
Olympics in Vancouver, Canada.

Senior Operations Manager

Directed Giants' parking operations during baseball and non-baseball events, including: Cirque du Soliel, Stadium Concerts, SX, College Bowls, Cal Football, 2007 All Star Game, America's Cup, Superbowl '16, and finally, three World Championship
baseball seasons. Improved third party shop CS scores by 25%, routinely scoring above 93%. Streamlined operation to maximize efficiency, revenue per stall, and reduced expenses. Eliminated potential shrinkage points and introduced
transparent field-to-bank and chain of custody, resulting in company loss prevention award and bonus.

Senior Project Manager - Baseball Operations - SF GIANTS

Managed US and Canadian Flagships. Analyzed stock turn to make informed refreshes and merchandized accordingly.
Worked with Manager to place seasonal buys, implement corporate campaigns, and assist with P&L evaluation & reporting.
Managed store order receiving & RMA transfers. Trained team of 20 on product, sales techniques, company policies and loss prevention.
