SENIOR DESIGNER / DEVELOPER WOVENS / FLEECE / JACKETS / KNITS / BOARDSHORTS / PANTS / SHORTS / ACCESSORIES -Responsible for designing and developing entire cut and sewn collection -Manage design process from concept, color, trims and theme -Test quality of fabrics, trims, and embellishments -Work with factories to coordinate time line of samples and production -Oversee garments fitting, construction, and technical specs from proto stage through production -Develop tech packs to be sent to suppliers for development -Research seasonal themes, trends, color, trims, and silhouette -Collaborate with other designers to create a cohesive collection that speaks to brands DNA.

Responsible for designing entire mens and womens bags, headwear, accessories and footwear collection -Increase business growth by 30% in first season -Develop tech packs to be sent to suppliers for development -Monitor garments fit and construction from proto stage through production -Research seasonal themes, trends, color, trims, and silhouette -Work collaboratively with other product designers in different categories to design and develop a cohesive collection -Work with O’Neill partnering regions to design a global collection -Travel to oversees factories for quality assurance and development. Sourcing new fabrics -Manage freelance designers, assistant designers and interns

-Responsible for designing entire mens knits, wovens,fleece, jackets, boardwalks and accessory collection -Conceptualize garments styling and branding -Develop tech packs and fabric to be sent to suppliers for development -Test quality of fabrics, trims, and embellishments -Research seasonal themes, trends, color, trims and silhouettes -Monitor garments fit and construction from proto stage through production -Work with Rip Curl partnering regions to design a global collection -Design quality fashionable product for brands recognition -Mentor assistant designers and interns
