service, budgets. Re designed and executed menu with natural foods, remodeled interior, increased daily
revenue by over 500% in 6-months.

benchmark analysis of regional lease rates. Helped write and release RFP to third-party developers to finance and construct 115,000 square meters valued at $22M.
