Beginning as a retail store employee, I was quickly promoted by store Ownership due to my skill set and strengths in corporate communication and ambassadorship. Continuing to work my way up, I focused on handling all external Event Coordination and Brand Partnerships for the clothing line. My work focuses on the development and maintenance of crucial vertical partnerships, including nationwide events such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, X-Games, and more. Responsibilities range from communication and partnership with Festival Production teams to securing Aviator’s sponsorships for consumer sales activations and merchandise contracts. While on site, I have also focused on managing all consumer activations and communications. In addition to managing every detail start to finish for events, I have also focused on the following: Non-Profit partnerships and donations, creation of mid-level email marketing campaigns, brand ambassadorship and direct consumer marketing though social media content creating, and management of customer service.

Beginning as a seasonal employee, I quickly was promoted to a Store Manager based on proven achievements in sales, industry knowledge and communication skills with customers. Moving from a large company to a smaller company, proved to be inspiring as I enjoyed learning about the ins and outs of many parts of the business.
