Benchcraft Company

2018 – Present

Benchcraft company connects with small and big local businesses along with their communities through advertising at golf courses since 1982. Today, we are the largest provider of custom designed scorecards, course guides, benches, tee signs, ball washers and display signs for the players convenience. As a graphic designer here at Benchcraft I don’t only take on the role of hitting my goal of designing 30 Ads a day, but talking to the customers throughout the day to determine that they get nothing but the best and to reassure them about any information about their advertisement. This role is deadline driven and is just as much a customer service position as much as a design position.

Sales Associate

Active Ride Shop

2009 – 2011

Each customer that entered the shop doors were immediately greeted and questioned to see if there was anything in particular they were looking for, or if they had any questions about any of the merchandise in the store. I am knowledgable in the skateboard and snowboard industry. Growing up in Orange County, CA, I've been surrounded with the lifestyle my whole life. I've been skating and snowboarding since I was a child, so I was easily able to put together complete skateboards and customized snowboard combinations. The most important information that I learned from being a sales associate, is that customer service is key, and the customer is always right. It's what mainly brings the customer back for more business.
