• Own full seasonal design direction across global markets, including color palettes, graphic prints, and trend inspiration
• Design and develop the complete soft goods line: outerwear, technical layers,  fleece, flannels, tees, hoodies, windbreakers, beanies, hats, socks, and accessories
• Create all apparel trims, labels, hangtags, and packaging
• Collaborate with pro athletes to develop signature collections, unique color stories, and innovation-led products
• Oversee sample reviews to ensure accuracy in fit, trim, fabric, and construction
• Manage both core seasonal timelines and fast-turn “quick strike collaboration projects

• Lead design of artist and brand collaboration apparel capsules

CLIENT / ALTAMONT CLOTHING
• Manage all creative aspects of seasonal apparel line from inception to delivery. 
• Create seasonal creative briefs, color palettes and graphic direction for team
   including trend-spotting, interpretation, and application
• Redefined entire denim offering including fit, fabrics 
• Build product line plans, including product SKU rationalization, 
   margin assessment.
• Communication with vendors world wide, negotiate prices with vendors to 
   assure adherence to product specific price points and development timelines.

• Check in regularly with executive team to with weekly WIP reports ensure that all creative and product stays on time and on target with the brand identify

• Launched and expanded the brand’s apparel and accessory line into a cohesive, 
   high-demand retail collection across all locations
• Focused on design storytelling, market differentiation, and aggressive pricing strategies to grow retail sales
• Managed freelance graphic designers and directed visual output across all  product categories
• Oversaw sourcing, vendor negotiation, and adherence to retail buying calendar
