As the Integrated Marketing Manager I manage marketing and sales driven projects across multiple media platforms including TV, radio, digital and other media properties. I oversee project execution with strong emphasis on web development and updates as well as app creation and development. Create consumer and industry research to better understand the market as it aligns with our business strategy. Manage post-project elements including performance analysis and recap of all online and offline ad deployment. Manage interal programs for community events while working with key stakeholders to maximize a profitable and engaged season ticket program. Work with Key stakeholders on all programs as needed. Working as needed on internal game day activations while working alongside arena team to help maximizing the viewer experience and sharing this experience.

Online Tasks:

Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and develop new paid and organic strategies.
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Monthly Reporting of site traffic. Identifying areas of improvement by site by page.
Collaborate with marketing team and digital agency to produce blogs and other digital content ie, SEO, Display, Video and Site Content.
Maintain digital dashboard of various different accounts (Social, Google, Shopify, Sprout, Mail Chimp, etc.). 
Research, recommend and coordinate adverting opportunities with digital media outlets.
Be a key point of contact for the digital marketing agency.?

Ecommerce Strategy:

Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
Assist in managing the entire process including item set-up, content management, order entry, shipping confirmation, and post-sale support. 
Generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability.
Optimize customer journeys, conversion-rate optimization, new audience segments, and processes
Grow and manage marketing automation platform nurturing the customer along the funnel through email automation, targeted email automation and lead management
