Consultant services for boardsport industry specializing in brand building and pan-Euro market......looking for long term projects, preferably a full time position ultimately, but will consider all opportunities.

Develop and manage the core/lifestyle market. Work closely with distributors, retailers and marketing teams to rebuild the brand in key markets. Utilizing grass roots activations and consistent communication with retail partners, generated a positive growth pattern with 200% revenue increase; created landmark reversal of brand image in market. In addition, to streamline core market consolidation of category, worked with major CE players Virgin, HMV, FNAC, etc.

Developed and managed marketing programs for a variety of clients. Used a front line approach with back end stability to create programs and branding for clients to build their respective brands and businesses. Developed and managed combined budgets of $1,000,000+.  Developed and introduced the apparel brand Allyance and brought it to market with tremendous acceleration, relaunched apparel brand MCD in coordination with Perry Ellis, a major manufacturer, and placed Blackhart Brotherhood on the radar as a viable boutique agency resource.

Managed all facets of marketing department including, but not limited to, media & public relations, team development and management, coordination of advertising, organized and managed events and created new alliances in which to introduce and promote the brand. Developed and managed athlete team of 150+ athletes in multiple categories, including world champions, X Games multi medalists and cultural personalities. Developed and managed a music program which facilitated the alliance between brand and approximately 30 artists, including multi Grammy winners, chart toppers and underground legends and placed product in major publications and with marketable celebrity personalities.

Managed account base of 100+, sales force of 25, athlete team of 30+ and co-developed new product offerings.  Developed a streamlined marketing program to reduce expenditures and led product meetings with global sales and marketing teams.
