Project based freelance work with co-founder Jill DaSilva. The first project I took on, was for a client who wanted to update their online user flow and purchase process but didn’t know where to start given their highly complex configurable offerings. Through Heuristic analysis, stakeholder and user interviews, my team and I zeroed-in on the major touch points and formulated a plan for our 2 week sprint. Further projects involved usability testing and product strategy reports. It was great working with jill and her team, who are more like a family than just a team.

After ~5 years managing TV & SVOD availability globally, my responsibilities we split to also join the enterprise software design and development team in designing a new availability system for Fox. During that time, I assisted in software requirements sessions, stakeholder buy-in, UX design, and testing. I Created process documentation for training dev teams and new hires. Managed International TV and SVOD distribution availability. Learned to communicate complex ideas & process in a concise manner.

Collaborate on lesson planning and classroom implementation. Assisted instructors of Kindergarten through 8th grade classes working closely with students giving them a creative and unique cultural experience in addition to language study.
