MANAGER VISUAL MERCHANDISING DTC

-Create and oversee role-out of visual direction across 3 brands / multiple channels to ensure merchandising and marketing stories are communicated “in a big way” with major roll out at Flag ship store includes and not limited to window and in store displays
-Partner with Brand Marketing and outside vendors to ful?ll social channel requests on mall websites, newsletters, and social boards etc.

-Conceptualize brand campaigns, curate displays for product launches, special events, and seasonal stories, maintaining brand message throughout
-Conceptualize and execute in store events driving tra?c and brand awareness within the store and community
-Create, develop, and execute visual merchandising strategies to support ASICS, ASICS TIGER, and Onitsuka Tiger footwear, apparel, and accessories
-Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors on window, fixture, and visual element designs to execute flawless product launches and story telling and hit all in-store timelines
-Support new store openings, remodels, in store events and wholesale partnership with laying out and approving floor plans, fixture packages, graphic packages, and merchandising flow of footwear, apparel, and accessories to achieve the highest level of visual standards and consistency for the ASICS brand
-Strong understanding of business needs and industry trends to create the vision of ASICS stores to ensure strong sell through, brand awareness to current customers and gain new customers and keep the stores evolving with visual merchandising trends
-Collaborate on ideas and align with executive partners and team on the “Big Picture” of the ASICS brand to take business to the next level through retail stores, marketing, and product assortments
-Competitive shop all markets to have an awareness of industry trends and keep evolving and elevating the business
-Manage and collaborate with cross-functional partners on the VM and Marketing calendar to ensure product aligns with marketing stories, visual story telling is cohesive in all stores/markets, and retail timelines are met
-Communicate with field team regularly to ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to level of flawless execution by providing training, feedback, and store visits etc. 


-Strategize and partner with team members and cross-functional partners to establish a seasonal product point of view
-Support core business / marketing initiatives with visual techniques, merchandising strategies, and visual displays
-Lead comp shopping trips to research fashion trends and incorporate ?ndings, elevating Vans visual messaging
-Develop visual merchandising training workshops for wholesale and corporate teams
-Create and implement Vans visual merchandising standards for wholesale and retail accounts
-Partner with buyers and design team on each seasons product flow, to ensure product colors and styles have a cohesive flow
-Work closely with graphics designers and project managers on window and in store pop to ensure the imagery and copy align with the current marketing stories 
-Created and evolved visual merchandising guide to ensure Regional’s, DM’s, and field teams had updated and current visual merchandising standards guide t to ensure visual standards were met
